Orders Processing
Please allow 5-10 business days to make and ship your pieces (not applicable to ready to ship pieces). This does not include the time it takes to have your pieces shipped.
Ready to ship orders - if we have the purchased pieces available, it takes up to 3 days to ship it to you.
Shipping
We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding Canadian holidays.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Currently, we are only offering domestic shipping within Canada through Canada Post Expedited shipping on the website. If you require shipping to a different location, please contact us at hello@dagatjewelry.com informing which pieces you are interested in, size, and shipping location. We will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Please note: Once packages are delivered to the mail carrier, they are no longer in our hands. We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If you need assistance in locating your package, please reach out to your local post office.
Weather delays: Severe weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. We can't be liable or refund the shipping charge based on a weather delay.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
All orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after the order is placed online. If you would like to cancel your order, independently of the reason, please email us at hello@dagatjewelry.com informing your order number.
Repairs
Accidents can happen! Repairs can be offered within 90 days of purchase. If your piece is in need of extra care, please email us at hello@dagatjewelry.com, informing your order number and the kind of repair you are looking for. You will be responsible for the shipping fee.
